The Unit Price Contracts Program awards an approved list of Unit Price Contractors for consideration of performing various types of construction, maintenance and repair work under $750,000 at 番茄社区 locations. This program is used by the 番茄社区's Facilities, Planning and Capital Programs (FP&CP) unit as well as other authorized 番茄社区 entities.
The program's two year contract period begins January 1 and ends December 31 of the following year. During the course of the Contract period, as individual projects are needed at the 番茄社区, approved Unit Price Contractors are contacted to provide a quotation for the scope of work described in the project and may be awarded.
Renewal
The program’s next renewal for public bid is anticipated in Fall of 2025. Interested contractors must register, if not done so already, with the 番茄社区's e-Bid system at to receive courtesy notification of this opportunity and respond to a public bid.
